Terms of Sale & Engagement

1. About Me

This website is operated by Rev. Philip Worthington ("Pastor Phil"), trading as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

2. Services Provided

Services offered through this site include speaking, preaching, teaching, church resourcing, technology/website support, and digital or physical educational resources.

3. Bookings & Fees

Agreements: All speaking engagements, teaching sessions, and consulting projects will be agreed upon in writing (via email) prior to the event or work commencing.
Fees & Expenses: Agreed fees and any applicable travel or accommodation expenses will be detailed in your invoice.
Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Digital Downloads & Resources

Digital guides, graphics, and resources are provided for your personal or individual church use only and may not be resold or redistributed commercially without prior permission.
Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, purchases of digital resources are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the file is defective.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made within 7 days of an event may incur travel/accommodation costs already booked or a partial fee to cover allocated time.
In the rare event that I must cancel due to illness or unforeseen emergency, I will work with you to reschedule at the earliest opportunity or issue a full refund for any prepayments.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality teaching, advice, and tech setup, all services are provided with reasonable care and skill under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Liability for any direct loss arising from tech consulting or website setup is limited to the value of the fee paid for that specific service.
